Denver Steaks are small but mighty! And one of The Craft Beef Co. Favorites! This lesser well-know steak is unique and sure to surprise. It is a thick rectangular shape that is cut from the Chuck. The Denver is highly marbled and very tender, making it's small size a tasty treat at dinner time. The Wagyu X can only be described as tasting like melted butter. We suggest a reverse sear or sous vide to get the best out of the Denver Steak.
