Denver Steaks are smaller but mighty! And one of The Craft Beef Co. Favorites! This lesser known steak is unique and sure to surprise any meat lover. It is a thick rectangular shape that is cut from the Chuck. The Denver is extremely marbled and very tender, making it a tasty treat at dinner time. The Wagyu X can only be described as tasting like melted butter. We suggest a reverse sear or sous vide to get the best out of the Denver Steak. Wagyu pictured is GOLD level. BLACK level may have slightly reduced marbling.
