High in Riboflavin, Niacin Thiamin, Vitamin A, Folate, and many others. It is also strong in Omega-3 Fatty acids and contains anti-inflammatory properties. Soak Beef Kidney in Milk for 30 minutes prior to cooking and then hot water for 2-3 minutes to prevent them from curling when cooking.
