Tomahawk Ribeye Steaks are arguably the coolest steak ever and a great conversation piece. These steaks are a rare find and easily identified by the large rib bone still attached. The perfect grilling steak to impress all your friends and easily shared! The Wagyu marbling is of a buttery flavour with a very soft texture, typical of the Black Japanese Wagyu genetics. Because of the thickness of these steaks and the high marbling, you may wish to start these steaks in the oven until the desired internal temp is reached and then sear it on a hot BBQ or large cast iron pan. Each steak is approximately 40 oz. and easily shared with 2 - 3 people. Brant Lake Wagyu is Raised Without Added Hormones and is Halal Certified. These steaks are a Black Level from Brant Lake Wagyu, meaning they sit around a 5-6 on the Australian Wagyu Grading System. Current Steaks are AAA Grade or better.
