Tri-Tip Roast is easily recognized by the 3 "points" on the roast; it has a very distinct appearance. It is also called the "triangle roast" or "bottom sirloin roast". It is boneless and has a lot of flavour. It can be cooked in a variety of manners, such as grilled, smoked, sous vide, broiled or baked. Recommend to cook to a Medium internal temperature. Weight and size may vary depending on in-stock items.
