Beerwurst Sausage is quickly becoming a favorite around here! Made for us by Kolb's Fine Foods, in Olds, AB, it's the best go-to item when you need something fast during a busy day. Great for both lunch time or supper and liked by kids and adults alike. They are a favorite for the whole family with a ton of great flavour and a wonderful smoky smell. Preparation Instructions: Fully cooked sausages. Just Heat and Eat. Our favorite easy way to get these prepped for dinner is to add the frozen sausages to a frying pan with about 2 cups of water. Cover and let the water steam the sausages. When the steam has evaporated, allow sausages to fry slightly and brown on all sides, really enhancing their flavour. Perfect Pairings: Perogies and sauerkraut, potatoes and root veggies or cut and use in tomato sauce for pasta Ingredients: Beef, Pork, Beerwurst Stick Seasoning (modified milk ingredients, salt, spice [contains mustard], sugar, dextrose, sodium erythorbate, monosodium glutamate, onion powder, hydrolyzed soy protein, silicon dioxide), Natural Smoke.
