New York Striploin Steaks from 8 Acres are fantastic on the Grill, with very little effort. No need to use a marinate ahead of time. The Striploin is a premium cut of steak with the characteristic fat cap along one side. They have enough marbling to be a juicy crowd-pleaser every time, but also are not as fatty as a Ribeye. The flavour and quality make it a favorite for grill lovers everywhere. We love this steak with the Alberta Seasoning Spice and recommend cooking it to Medium for best results. This steak is now available to most regions of BC, AB and SK. 10 oz steaks are 280 grams (Image shows 2 steaks. Steaks are 1 per package.) Thaw overnight in the fridge or in a bowl of cool water, for quicker results. Most steaks thaw in 1-2 hours in cool water. Refrigerate after thawing. Recommend to use within 3 days of thawing.
