Sirloin Pork Roast is an excellent cut from the Berkshire Pork, a breed famed for it's marbling and flavour. Pork should always be cooked to an internal temp of 160F, making this an excellent roast for the slow-cooker. If you want a juicy, tasty roast, this just might be the one for you! It is also great for making your very own Pulled-Pork dinner at home. We loved Pulled Pork because of its incredible versatility. Use it on its own or on top of Pastas, Taco Salads, Nachos, Sandwiches and so much more! Nothing better than homemade Pulled Pork on top of your homemade Mac N Cheese. Talk about comfort food! This pork is raised outdoors as Pasture Pork by 4K Farms, near Swalwell, AB, raising Berkshire Pork free of added hormones, antibiotics and even GMOs. This is approximately a 3.5 - 4 Lb roast, suitable to feed approximately 4 people. Size may vary as roasts are hand-cut.
