Tenderloin Ends are from our Grass Fed & Finished Beef raised by our friends 8 Acres. The word "Tender" just doesn't do them justice. The quality of these tenderloin chunks is just amazing. Perfect for Kabobs, quick stove-top Steak Bites or whatever your imagination can come up with. There are approximately 3 - 4 larger pieces per pack and they will vary in size. Package weight is approximately 400 grams.
