TEX MEX CHEDDAR SMOKIE

The Tex Mex Cheddar is a Spicy Smokie that any heat-lover will enjoy. It has great flavour and is fantastic on it's own or as an ingredient in another dish. Made with real Cheddar Cheese, it is nicknamed the "Taco Sausage" for the taco-like seasonings. The spice level is similar to that of a Chorizo Sausage and it can be used in much the same way. This is a smoked item. Created by Kolb's Meat Market, Olds, AB. Product is fully cooked, however, it is always recommended to cook any sausage or smokie to 170F internal temperature.

Ingredients:

Beef, Pork, Salt, spices, sugars (glucose solids, dextrose), dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, no-melt cheddar cheese (modified milk ingredients, water, cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme, colour), modified corn starch, sodium phosphate, salt, sodium citrate, citric acid, potassium sorbate, lactic acid, colour, flavour)
