Tilapia Fillets are filled with beautiful flaky white meat. These particular Tilapia are extra special as they are raised in excellent conditions by the Fish Farmers of Idaho. 100% Raised and processed in North America (processed in Richmond, BC). If you're a Tilapia lover, you know how rare a find this is as most of the world's Tilapia comes through China. This is a very different product than what you will find in the grocery store. If you like white fish, this one will be your new fave! 2 Fillets per pack. While great efforts have been made with all of our Fillets to carefully de-bone, it is possible that bones may be present.
