Zabuton Steak is a rare gem that we only get in-stock in very limited amounts. It comes from our partners at Brant Lake Wagyu, from High River, Alberta. It is a neighbour to the Denver steak and mirrors it in shape, size and extreme marbling. The fat is soft and tender and this steak is easy to prepare with little to no prep. We suggest a coating of kosher salt and the Reverse Sear method to get the most out of this rare cut. Let it rest before diving in! We know you'll love this special and unique cut! 10 - 12 ounces per steak. GOLD Level Pictured. BLACK level will be less marbled than Gold.
