Honey Garlic Wing Sauce

  • 3 - 4 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • 3/4 Cup of Ketchup
  • 1/2 Cup of Honey
  • 1/4 Cup of Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Cooking Oil

    Cook chicken wings in your preferred method. I really like to use my Ninja Foodie Pressure Cooker settings and they are fully cooked in only about 7 minutes. You can also place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven or you can even grill them on your BBQ. If I am cooking in any other method than my pressure cooker, I like to baste them with some oil prior to cooking. Internal temp of chicken wings should reach 165F for food safety.

    Pre-heat deep sided frying pan on Medium Heat. Add oil and minced garlic to the pan and cook until garlic is soft (only about 1 minute), stirring occasionally.

    Add Ketchup, Honey and Soy Sauce to the frying pan and mix well. Turn down to med-low heat and allow it to simmer and thicken on its own.

    Add cooked wings to the pan and coat with sauce. Garnish with sliced green onions for a touch of freshness.
