Mix first 8 ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly to incorporate.
Heat a large frying pan with a healthy splash of cooking oil. I like using canola oil for this because of the high smoke point.
Roll ground beef mixture into 1 inch balls with your hands (about 1 Tbsp each). Place around the edges of the frying pan and brown all sides of the meatballs.
Once browned, add Beef Broth or Bone Broth to the frying pan and allow meatballs to simmer. You can also add extra seasonings at this point, if you want to flavour the gravy as a dipping sauce for serving. A sprinkling of flour will also thicken the sauce, if preferred. Cover the frying pan and turn down to medium heat.
Cook until meatballs are fully cooked (no pink throughout and the internal temp should be above 160F, if measured). This only takes about 5 minutes.
Remove the Meatballs and place a toothpick in each for serving. Add your favorite sauces to the platter and serve for a delicious appetizer tray. Top sauces: Thai Chili Sauce, BBQ Sauce, Gravy, Sweet and Sour Sauce, or even just a simple Ketchup!
