Place the ribs in a resealable gallon bag. Add sugar, soy sauce, garlic and Gochujang sauce.
Marinate in the refrigerator overnight ( ideally about 12 hours)
Preheat grill on medium heat and grill both sides for 3 - 7 minutes.
Serve with charred Asparagus and Purple Rice.
